Or, below is a link to our membership form. This can be returned to us scanned and emailed to woopigardens@gmail.com, or handed to a committee member you may know. Or why not join us on Monday to Saturday 8 – 12 at the Gardens, and join up then!
Please follow the instructions on the form for paying your fees into our bank account, letting us know as soon as you have done so. Cash payment is also accepted.
Membership is:
- $10 – Single
- $15 – Family
- $5 – Concession
- $10 – Family concession
We have put together a list of membership benefits, as requested by interested prospective new members.

Membership Q&A’S
What is membership?
Membership is being a part of the planning, organising, decision making, safety, maintaining our site and fundraising. A happy, co-operative, interested and committed group of members will help the gardens thrive.
When does the membership year begin and end?
The membership year runs from 1st September to 30th August.
Who can be a member? Any individual or family/group can apply to become a member.
How do you become a member?
To become a member you must complete an application form. These are available by emailing woopigardens@gmail.com and requesting a form or you can find the form as above.
How much does it cost?
Membership fees : Individual $10 ($5 concession) Family $ 15 ($10 concession) Membership fees must be paid in full no matter what part of the membership year remains.
How do you stay a member?
To remain a member you must : stick to all our garden rules, pay the annual membership fee each year before 1st September. If you would like to volunteer to help in the maintenance of the gardens, let us know. You will be most welcome. The more the merrier!
What are the benefits of being a member?
Members can : apply for a private plot (when they become available), participate in the maintenance of the gardens, have a say in the future of the garden, receive updates about the garden and activities, voting rights at general and AGM meetings
